Mobile Information and Text Messaging

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing with subcontractors in support services, such as customer service and messaging delivery providers, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

When you provide your mobile number and consent to receive text messages from DCSD, that consent applies only to DCSD. We use a messaging service provider to transmit messages on our behalf. We share personal information only in these limited circumstances:
