Water Volume Text Notifications

Darwin Community Services District board members, district volunteers, and system operators can sign up to receive text messages containing water volume information for the district's water system.

This program is informational only. DCSD does not use text messaging for emergency alerts, outage notices, or boil water advisories. Please do not rely on this program for emergency information.

Program Details

Program name	DCSD Water Volume Notifications
Who can join	DCSD board members, district volunteers, and system operators. Not currently open to district water customers.
Message content	Water volume information for the district's water system
Message frequency	Varies; approximately 1–4 messages per month
Cost	Free from DCSD. Message and data rates may apply from your carrier.
Participation	Voluntary. Not a condition of any district role.
To cancel	Reply `STOP` to any message

How to Sign Up

Complete the DCSD Water Volume Notification signup form. You will be asked for your name, your role with the district, and your mobile number, and you must check the consent box before submitting.

Messages you receive will look similar to these:

Darwin CSD: Tank volume reading for July is 3,400 gallons. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
Darwin CSD: Water volume update — system total 2,850 gallons this period. Reply STOP to cancel, HELP for help.
